The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They have entertainment facilities (pool, billiards, table tennis). Breakfast is very good but the dinner was outstanding specially the choice of meat to grill and deserts. I recommend booking Halfboard.

Quietness and close to the airport, as well as variety on daily food menu which included always all kinds of meat (white/ red/ sea food)

brilliant staff at reception. Hussain the cleaner is brilliant and make sure room is clean to my liking. Relationship Manager and reception were very kind. I see huge improvement overall. the only thing I feel is restaurant can do with change of menu

Very friendly and welcoming staff at Reception. Offered Arabic coffee and dates at Reception - lovely touch. Requested an extension of time on check out with no issue.
